The Student Success & Academic Advising Center is committed to assisting with the growth and development of Missouri Western students as they pursue their academic goals and aspirations. By utilizing professional advisors, Student Success works to provide a positive and fulfilling advising experience for all individuals.

Professional advisors in the Student Success & Academic Advising Center use a variety of interventions aimed at promoting student success and engagement. They provide academic advisement for special groups of students on campus, are available to answer questions pertaining to course registration, can answer general questions related to academic programs at Missouri Western, and offer guidance for navigating the college experience.  Professional advisors are available to assist individuals in developing a program of study (degree plan) by planning future semester coursework, allowing students to reach their educational goals and complete a degree in a timely manner. Students are encouraged to visit the Student Success & Academic Advising Center in Eder Hall 209 for assistance, or may call for an appointment.
