Leadership Studies (Graduate Certificate)

The Leadership Studies Program is a multidisciplinary approach that focuses on leadership training in a variety of contexts in social life. It is offered completely online. This program has its origin in the social sciences, in humanities, in professional fields, and in applied disciplines. It aims to prepare the students for governance, guidance, and directorship positions in various capacities in the labor force. The Program aims to produce informed advisors and policy makers who can keep up with the demands of the new technology, are successful in navigating the challenges of an ever changing work environment by leading employees toward satisfactory output and high performance, and can effectively manage and solve work related problems and issues.

- Submission of application for admission to the MWSU Graduate School.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75.
